On Thursday, June 27, Wizz Air announced the launch of a new route connecting Larnaca, Cyprus, with Milan, Italy. According to the airline's press release, flights will commence in September 2024 and will operate three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
New Route Details
Tickets for the new Larnaca-Milan route are already available for purchase on the official Wizz Air website and the airline's mobile app. Prices start at just €19.99.

Increased Flight Frequency from Larnaca
This announcement comes on the heels of Wizz Air's recent expansion of flights from Larnaca, Cluj-Napoca, and Varna for the summer and fall seasons. This increase added approximately 177,000 additional seats, with around 93,000 seats allocated for flights departing from Cyprus. Currently, the following routes from Larnaca have seen increased frequencies:
Yerevan – 14 flights per week
Tel Aviv – 12 flights per week
Athens – 7 flights per week
Bucharest – 7 flights per week
Thessaloniki – 7 flights per week
Vienna – 4 flights per week
Belgrade – 4 flights per week
Prague – 3 flights per week
Vilnius – 3 flights per week
Wrocław – 3 flights per week
Gdańsk – 3 flights per week
