Wizz Air, recognized as one of Europe’s most eco-friendly airlines, has announced the launch of two new direct flights from Paphos, Cyprus, to Warsaw Modlin Airport in Poland, further expanding its growing route network on the island.
The first flights are scheduled to take off on 2 October 2025, just in time for the festive season. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore wintertime Warsaw — a city filled with Christmas lights, cozy markets, and an unforgettable holiday atmosphere. Tickets are already available on the official Wizz Air website and via the WIZZ mobile app.
This new route coincides with the opening of Wizz Air’s new base at Warsaw Modlin Airport, which is set to become a strategic hub for the airline’s European operations. At the same time, the company announced new flights from Athens, highlighting the growing importance of Cyprus and Greece in Wizz Air’s regional network.
